Final Cleaning 45.5 €Detached house in the center of Lehtimäki, Alajärvi. The holiday home is located in a peaceful spot at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The holiday home includes a kitchen, a living room with a heat-storing fireplace, a sofa, two TV chairs, and a TV. There is also a combined dining area with a sofa bed that converts into an additional bed measuring 160 x 200 cm when the sofa mattress is folded onto the floor. A desk and chair are also available. The holiday home has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a bed measuring 120 x 200 cm, and the other has a bed measuring 80 x 200 cm. There is a bathroom/WC with a shower and a washing machine. An electric sauna is available.
On the terrace, there is an electric grill. The yard includes a garage that serves as a wood storage. Two adult bicycles, one children's bicycle, and one youth bicycle are available for use free of charge.
A high chair and a baby bath are available upon request at no extra charge.
The property is set on a flat and spacious green plot, with a lawn and paved areas. The holiday home is located near the village center, with all basic services approximately 500 meters away. Electric car charging is available at the ABC station (500m).
Lehtimäki offers excellent berry and mushroom picking areas, with several swimming spots within a few kilometers. The Valkealampi outdoor area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, and grilling. There are golf courses in Ähtäri, Kuortane, and Lappajärvi. Nearby, Alajärvi features a baseball stadium, and there are art galleries such as Nelimarkka, Yli-Mäyry, and Haapaniemi in the region. A strawberry farm and vegetable market are available in the summer.
Small pets are allowed, with a maximum of two pets. Please note that pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
