Located 100 km northeast of Turku, Pihalampi is just 20 m away. The pond is 30 m long and 20 m wide, with flowing water, a deep, soft sandy bottom, a pier, and a private canoe. The pond is over 2 m deep.
This log building, constructed in 1994, includes a combined kitchen/living room with 2 additional beds, an alcove with 2 beds, and a loft (30 m²) with 2+2 beds, including an alcove with 2 beds. There is a dressing room with an electric toilet, a sauna, an open porch, and a balcony. The cabin features a metal fireplace.
In the yard, there is a covered campfire site (usage is limited during dry periods due to its forested location).
Very peaceful location in a wilderness setting with dramatic surroundings (the 6.5-hectare "plot" has an elevation difference of nearly 40 meters). Berry and mushroom picking areas start right from the cabin's yard.
Kesälaitumen Golf is 3 km away. The original M. Kunnas Koiramäentalo / Yli-Kirra local heritage museum is 3.6 km away, and Seppo Räty's World Championship throwing sports field + soccer field is 3.2 km away (freely available for use during the day). Särkkä's "Tulisuudelma" summer dance pavilion is 10 km away.
The nearest nature reserve area is Lampinen / Juonteinen Isosuo Natura area in the southern part of Punkalaidun, approximately 10 km away. Porttikallio sports/outdoor area is 6 km away.
