The semi-detached house, built in 2006, offers approximately 80 m² of space with large windows providing direct views of Luosto fell—an ideal place for relaxation year-round. The open-plan combined kitchen/living room includes a cozy seating and dining area. The cabin accommodates a total of 8 guests with 3 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs). The downstairs bedrooms have beds for 2 each. Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom with beds for 4 and a large loft with a TV. The sauna features an electric stove, and there is a bathroom and 2 toilets (one on each floor). A sun terrace faces directly towards the fell.
The property also includes a grill shelter, carport, and ski maintenance room. Electric car charging is available with a type 2 connector, max 11kW (additional fee, must be arranged with the owner). The owner charges €30 per car for a maximum stay of 7 days for electric car charging.
Child-friendly amenities include stair gates, a safety gate, a travel cot, and a high chair.
Peaceful location, illuminated ski trail nearby (20 m), bike path to the center of Luosto, snowmobile routes close by. Excellent location between nature and services. Stunning swimming area with mountain views just 2 km away. Spa, restaurants, and other Luosto services 2.5 km. National park 5 km.
Up to 2 pets are allowed in the apartment, with an additional fee per pet (please add to your booking if needed).
