90 km northwest of Helsinki, Iso-Ätämöjärvi is 800 m away (1 km long, 800 m wide). The shared lakeshore has a sandy bottom with a layer of humus on top. The shore is mostly shallow, making swimming challenging for adults. A private boat (brand: Lohi) is available at the shared lakeshore. A good public swimming beach for children and adults is located at Oinasjärvi, 3.5 km away.

The log cabin, built in 1994, includes a combined kitchen/living room with a bunk bed, a sleeping loft with a double bed, one single bed, and a crib. There is a bathroom and a wood-heated sauna, both with underfloor heating, as well as an open porch and a balcony. Safety gates are installed on the stairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a kettle and a toaster. The cabin also features a multifunctional grill (smoking box, pancake pan) and a gas grill in the gazebo. Please bring your own gas cylinder for grilling. A charcoal grill is also available (bring your own charcoal). There is an outdoor power socket for cars.

The property has a large, flat, grassy yard, ideal for families with children. It is in a peaceful location, with a forest separating it from the neighbors. The plot is surrounded by flower beds, ornamental and berry bushes, and includes swings, a sandbox, toys, and various game equipment stored in the shed.

Note: The property now has a new TV and a more comfortable sofa, updated in 2025, which are not visible in the photos. The sauna stove was replaced, and the sauna benches were renovated in August 2024. The range hood was replaced in March 2025.
